SETUP:
The setup phase is a fundamental aspect for the success of the event. For this reason, we arrange a meeting with the couple to define the music and carefully refine every detail down to the smallest aspect. In addition, there will be a site inspection at the venue with the technician to decide the “points” where the sound system will be set up.

The setup will be carried out by a specialized technician, fully provided for you by Music Planner, approximately 2 hours before the wedding, in agreement with the villa management or the catering service.

The technician will provide assistance throughout the entire event and will dismantle the equipment at the end of the evening.

WELCOME COCKTAIL:
During the aperitif or welcome cocktail, guests will be entertained by a harmonious voice, accompanied by piano and saxophone (upon request also double bass), performing classic jazz pieces from Italian and international songs.

Immediately afterwards, the entrance of the bride and groom will be accompanied by their chosen soundtrack, enhancing the importance of the moment.

Alternatively, depending on the couple’s taste, guests will be accompanied by a DJ who, together with the saxophone, will create a musical journey ranging from Nu Jazz to Chill Out and Lounge music (in the style of Café del Mar in Ibiza or Buddha Bar in Paris).

WEDDING LUNCH:
A very soft background music will allow guests seated at the tables to talk comfortably. The lunch may be enriched with a couple of saxophone performances between courses (maximum 2 minutes each).

WEDDING CAKE:
The song chosen by the couple, performed by the group or played by the DJ, will accompany the cutting of the wedding cake.

DANCING:
To open the dancing, a magical waltz with the bride’s closest relative, followed by her husband.
After that, R’n’B, Disco Music, contemporary dance music… until late night!
